Product Sales Programs
Book Fair
Chairs work with our supplier to purchase books for students, parents, teachers and the Parish, then set up the fair, coordinate volunteers and process orders. Volunteers help with set-up, cashiering and book“shopping”.
eScrip
Volunteers help parents register credit cards and Fresh Value cards into the eScrip program. Chairs make sure families are registered and that the program runs smoothly.
School Supplies
Each co-chair sign for a year-long commitment and works with teachers to determine supply list, orders from vendor, processes orders per grade in May, then oversees two volunteers per grade as they distribute packets at supply pickup in August.
Special Hot Lunch
Chairs plan menus, collect payments, order and distribute hot lunches from area restaurants to students on Mondays and occasional Fridays. Volunteers are needed for each grade to help pass out lunches.
Sweatshirt Order Form
Organize and process new orders for sweatshirts throughout the year.
Spirit Wear
Chairs work with vendor to order Sprit Wear.
Uniform Resale
Chair collects (in June) and resells outgrown uniforms throughout the year. Volunteers are needed to help during school supply pick-up in August.
