Back to School BBQ
Two or more chairs organize and coordinate a Mass and picnic for school families during the first week of school. Volunteers are needed at the event to help facilitate check in, games, food distribution, and more.
Cotillion
Two to three Chairs coordinate the various committees and volunteers to plan an 8th grade graduation dinner dance. Dance classes, a video and a memory book are also activities that must be managed. Chairs must be 8th grade parents, and at least one boy and one girl parent is needed. This is a year-long commmitment. Sub-committee volunteers are also needed.
Volunteer selections are made on a first-come,
first serve basis relative to receipt of sign up forms
(no phone calls are accepted prior to the receipt of
sign up forms.) In the case of several volunteers
coming forward at the same time, priority will be given
to volunteers who have served as a major committee
chair in the past, PSA board, school commission or
general volunteer.
Teacher Appreciation
Organize teacher appreciation activities, including a luncheon, during Catholic Schools week in January and again in May.
Tea with Santa
This service program is hosted by the 7th grade for the children of the entire parish to meet Santa and enjoy holiday snacks and crafts. Two chairs are needed to help coordinate a variety of subcommittees to plan the event for one Saturday afternoon in early December. This is an October-December commitment.
Track & Field Day

friendly competition between the classes featuring
indoor and outdoor games (six games for grades 1-4,
six games for grades 5-8) and lunch for a predetermined
day in May. Game leaders are needed, as well as
several subcommittee positions. Volunteers are also
needed to work the games, lunch and provide first aid.
This is a March-May commitment.
Please indicate on the volunteer form if you are interested in any specific role, and submit it to the front office.
