Standardized test results, including the Explore
Entrance Exam and Iowa Test of Basic Skills, consistently
place Saint Isaac Jogues School students within the
highest quartiles (top 25%), both nationally and locally.
Based on our enrollment, Saint Isaac Jogues also
graduates a disproportionately high number of
National Merit Scholars – four in the 2007 class.
National Merit Scholars are students who place in the
top 1% of seniors nationally, based on PSAT scores.
SIJ will also continue to measure reading, language,
mathematics and cognitive ability in grades three,
five and seven, as well as social studies in grades five
and seven.
